Deposit Policy:
To confirm reservations, the payment of one night per room and per reservation is required, within the 72 hours after receiving payment instructions sent by our Reservations Department.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations until December 24th – the deposit will be refunded;
- Cancellations from the 25th to the 28th of December – the deposit will not be refunded, remaining on credit and can be used in services at the Hotel Cascais Miragem until March 28th, 2024 (except February 14th);
- Cancellations from the 29th of December or no-shows – the deposit is non-refundable, and no credit is given.
