Guarantee Policy
To guarantee and confirm reservations, prepayment must be made within 72 hours of receiving payment instructions sent by our Reservations Department. After this period, reservations without a guarantee will not be considered confirmed and will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations up to March 30th, 2026 – no penalty applied and the full amount prepaid will be refunded;
- Cancellations made between March 31st and April 3rd, 2026 – the deposit amount will be converted into a voucher to be used for food and beverage services at the hotel until October 30th, 2026;
- Cancellations from April 4th, 2026 onwards or no-shows – deposits made will not be refunded.
