Terms and conditions

Guarantee Policy Special Easter Buffet Menu
To guarantee and confirm reservations, prepayment must be made within 72 hours of receiving payment instructions sent by our Reservations Department. After this period, reservations without a guarantee will not be considered confirmed and will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation Policy Special Easter Buffet Menu

  • Cancellations up to March 30th, 2026 – no penalty applied and the full amount prepaid will be refunded;
  • Cancellations made between March 31st and April 3rd, 2026 – the deposit amount will be converted into a voucher to be used for food and beverage services at the hotel until October 30th, 2026;
  • Cancellations from April 4th, 2026 onwards or no-shows – deposits made will not be refunded.
