HOLMES PLACE HEALTH CLUB

Holmes Place Health Club features a gym with modern cardiovascular and fitness equipment, 3 studios for group classes, an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. For guests wishing a more intense and personalized workout experience, personal training is available for an additional fee. Access to the gym is not allowed for children under the age of 16. Guests at Hotel Cascais Miragem have free access to Holmes Place Health Club, subject to club hours and rules of conduct. Children under 16 years old can enter the indoor pool during the times established by the club and when accompanied by adults at all times. You may be asked to sign a declaration of responsibility.

Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday 09:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Sundays 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

SWIMMING POOL HOLMES PLACE

Hotel Cascais Miragem guests have free access to Holmes Place Health Club, subject to club hours and rules of conduct. Children under 16 years old can enter the indoor pool during the times established by the club and when accompanied by adults at all times. You may be asked to sign a declaration of responsibility.
It is only possible to access the indoor swimming pool with full bathing suit and cap.
At the reception of Holmes Place there are caps that the Hotel puts at the disposal of the guests.

Seven themed treatment rooms - Orange, Chocolate, Jasmine, Cinnamon, Vichy, Spa Suite and Ocean Suite - offer splendid views over the Bay of Cascais and serve as a base for a wide selection of invigorating and relaxing treatments.
