The standard of facilities is what would expect from a hotel in this class. However, the service at this hotel is truly outstanding – from the waiters at breakfast and dinner, the pool attendant, reception, spa staff and the cleaners, all delivered with a smile and good humour.

“Amazing Hotel and Service”
This is truly an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff. The staff level of service is up there with any of the top hotels in the world. We stayed there for 16 nights in August and the quality of the hotel, food, facilities, service etc. is just amazing. This is our fourth time staying at this hotel over the last three years and we are already planning our next trip. The General Manager of this hotel is also exceptional and the little details that they added for my daughters and my own birthday there really add to the whole 5-star experience. Some hotels claim 5 stars this hotel has and deserves them.
“Top Class Relaxing Hotel – very spacious and comfortable!”
Breakfast was excellent – healthy with plenty of choice, accompanied by very attentive service. Pool and sauna area was very relaxing. A highlight was the relaxing room on the 6th floor, over-looking the sea, Great for reading or a little sleep!
“Brilliant Vacation”
Luxury! Everything was immaculate, stylish, and comfortable. Our room overlooked the ocean, and the balcony was exquisite! The staff members were attentive and professional, putting us weary travellers at ease! And then, the restaurant! Oh, my! We were the final seating, and they made us feel at home and served us delectable food! We truly couldn't have asked for more. Our only disappointment was not being able to stay longer!
