Oasis Terrace Restaurant
Two different ways to enjoy the same ambience. The Oasis Terrace Restaurant offers a relaxed environment in the interior and a terrace close to the swimming pool and gardens of the hotel. Here you can enjoy the daily buffet breakfast with a wide variety of the best quality, that makes this meal a fantastic experience. The Oasis Terrace Restaurant offers also a daily buffet lunch with a Mediterranean twist, partly presented in bite-size miniatures, ideal to experiment our Chefs’ creations. The variety of salads and leaves of the cold starters as well as the selection of hot dishes, of which the traditional regional dishes are part of, and the world of exquisite desserts to complete this culinary experience, all of which makes this buffet an extraordinary invitation to an unforgettable lunch whether for business or for leisure.

The concept of this author’s cuisine is inspired by international flavours while the notorious classics from the Portuguese kitchen stand out with its fish and seafood dishes. Our clients are presented with a national olive oil degustation, accompanied by a selection of fine herbs and “flor de sal”.
